Royals trade Gotay to Mets for Keppinger

This happened yesterday, but I hadn't seen anything on it and was wondering if anyone knew who this Keppinger is from the Mets?

He's a 26 year old 2nd baseman. He's not a big "tools" type guy, but seems like a solid player. He has hit for a high average just about everywhere he's ever played... from college to the minors to spring training with the Mets. But he never really got a chance with the Mets because of Kaz Matsui. Not great speed or defense, but doesn't really make many errors either.

Really from what I've read sounds like a Grudzielanek type player, will slap it around for a good average and just make the routine plays on defense. Personally, he is kinda "old" for a prospect, but I think he might have a chance to be the starting 2nd baseman down the road, but we'll see.
