View Full Version : What is up with the ChiefsPlanet pages loading so slowly?

I mean slower than if I had dial-up. Not getting database errors or DNS not found errors. The website responds immediately but the page takes forever to load. No other website is doing this so it is not my DSL host.

Are others seeing this problem?

Try replacing www.ChiefsPlanet.com (http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com) with

http://67.18.68.69/BB/forumdisplay.php?f=1

I saw that problem as well but got the speed back when using the second address.

I figured it was just something you guys were doing to the Bronco fans... this site has been draggin arse for a while trying to get threads to load.

That other trick doesn't work... I just cleared everything, clicked that URL ... logged back in and while the forum appears fast (just as it did before) threads are still dragging. It took roughly 19 seconds for this thread to appear.

I have no issues with any other sites, so it's not an issue on my side.

That other trick doesn't work... I just cleared everything, clicked that URL ... logged back in and while the forum appears fast (just as it did before) threads are still dragging. It took roughly 19 seconds for this thread to appear.

I have no issues with any other sites, so it's not an issue on my side.

I have found that full featured loads faster than at work mode but it is still slow, just not as slow.
