I was listening to the radio and the 810 guys said there's a good chance Willie could just want to skip Training Camp.

This is what they said:

1. Herm had no idea

2. Some of the players act like he's coming back. They interviewed Allen and he acted like he was hiding something.

3. This year would be his biggest pay year on his contract

4. This could just be a cover to skip TC and come back during the preseason.

Take what you want from this.

I just hope it gives some people on CP some hope.

It's positive. :) :) :)

Who was the one that provided this rumor? Has Roaf himself come out and said he is retiring? Have we heard any voice clips of him saying he is retiring no. All this is right now is a rumor and I am going to treat it as a rumor until i hear it straight from the Roaf's mouth. I think he is just trying to get out of training camp and hell i say let him. thats just my 2 cents.

How much more do you need to overrule speculation from 810? What the hell do they know anyway besides golf, K-State and their own personal lives

At the time, these weren't released.

It seemed it could be speculation.

But it doesn't matter now. You win.

I'm bringing this thread to the top so I can see the title and keep alive that small, glowing ember of hope.
