EIGHT PLAYERS PLACED ON PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO PERFORM LIST

Kansas City Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Friday the club has placed eight players on the Physically Unable to Perform List. Chiefs players included on the list were S William Bartee, DT Ron Edwards, TE Aaron Golliday, CB Alphonso Hodge, RB Priest Holmes, CB Marcus Maxey, DT Junior Siavii and DT Stephen Williams.

Can these guys come off the list anytime during training camp or are they now gone for the first six games for sure? I kind of figured this with Priest but I was hoping for some nice things out of Edwards. Siavii (even though he sucks ass) and Williams hurts our DT depth.

I understand that if they are placed on the PUP list before the first practice of TC, they can be taken off at any time.

He's on the PUP because he got a hernia. He couldn't turn his head and cough.

they can be activated at any time before the start of the regular season. Once the regular season begins, any player on the list must stay there for at least six weeks.
