Well if we play the Texans every third game, then LJ is set.

Primarily because we couldn't pass protect when Roaf was injured last year and we had no choice but to run the hell out of him. He won't last over 16 games at that kind of pace. I hope Turley is the answer but I'm a skeptic.

During those three starts LJ had while Roaf was out he averaged 28.3 carries per game. Over the course of his nine starts last season LJ averaged 29 carries per game. We didn't run him anymore when Roaf was out.

Why do you have to cloud my argument with facts?

Why do you have to cloud my argument with facts?
Because Larry Johnson is going to rush for 3,000 yards and 40 TDs!

Those numbers are a bit skewed by the fact that we faced the Texans and the Bills in 2 of those games.

As bad as those two teams were, you have to look at what he did. He set the Chiefs' single-game record against the Texans, rushing for 211 yards. And against the Bills he had 100 yards at halftime before Jesus decided to go Bombs over Buffalo and lose the game...

Doesn't it suprise me one bit since Larry Johnson is the present day Jim Brown. He creates on his own.

We also had our two worst point totals when Roaf was out.

It may not specifically damage an individual part of the offense, but I believe it will have an overall impact.

Did this really need its own thread?

Did this really need its own thread?Maybe you should file a class action lawsuit.

OK, when did Al become "Jesus"?

When he took our entire offense to Washington with him and left us with nothing...

We will do just fine without Roaf , have to move on sometimes anyway .
Having said that one more year would have been nice :) Go Chiefss !!!!!!!!
