He did mention Hali a bit and how he was impressed with his motor and endurance.

I know we've heard it before but the thought of him replacing Hicks is always refreshing.

The thing he talked about most was that the Roaf retirement, in his mind, is not a done deal. He said Roaf has never spoke directly to him as in the sense " Hey coach I'm retiring". I just got the feeling there is still some hope. He really is a Hali fan, said he's bringing his game from the college level right to the NFL and talked about the motor he has. He's the type of player that gets stronger as the game goes on when others start losing their edge. It got me a little pumped, but then again I don't get much Chiefs news in Texas.
