Videos posted towards end of first page........
Not much to report....practice was held on the middle field again, and most of the work was at the other end.
Afternoon off:
Surtain, Turley, Croyle, Printers.
Really the only part of practice I could see was the final 11-11 scrimmage......the #1 O/D and the #2 O/D where the O was given the ball on their own 20 yard line with 1:30 on the clock and 2 TO's.
#1 Offense scored in 6 plays, the two biggest being a 20-30 yard out from Trent to Kennison......Eddie found the open area between Law and Wesley, Wesley being late to pick up his responsibility. The second being a short strike to Gonzalez for the TD.
#2 Defense kept the O out of the endzone.......the drive stalled near the 15 yard line. Fox, Page and Pollard seemed to always be around the ball. Coverage downfield seemed to be good, Huard often went through his reads and dumped the ball off to the checkdown receiver.
My highlight of the practice was a scuffle between Page and Svitek. The play was a toss right, and Will was running downfield to make another block, found Page, and roughed him up a bit. Page came right back at him, and some pushing/grabbing followed. While those two were locked up, Pollard comes in and smacks Svitek in the helmet......
The website shows tomorrow's AM practice as special teams only, but I was unable to confirm it......My plan was to head back after the morning session, but I may skip it all together if it's ST. So, if there is a report tomorrow, it won't be until early evening when I get in.....
