I remember hearing he may hold out. . .has this been resolved will he be playing week one?

Kennison is under contract, has participated fully in camp, and will play week 1.

I think it was just a publicity stunt by his agent. EK doesn't seem to have any desire to holdout or raise a fuss himself.

Eddie said that as long as his agent and Carl were talking, then that was fine. If Carl says "we're not doing anything with Eddie's contract, end of discussion" then there might be a problem.

Carl may be having talks with the agent, but Carl also DID say "we're not doing anything with Eddie's contract, end of discussion" to the media the day the story broke...
