Here is the one that drives me nuts. When announcers are talking about a defense getting containment they always say, "he got contain" or "he didn't get contain".

What the hell is that?

Not a word, but a phrase; "good looking rookie" everytime I hear it, an enternal 'WTF' happens.

2 times last night during pregame/game, I heard the announcers referring to the qbs as "really stroking it(ball)". Don't know about you, but I'd rather not see Trent stroking it on the field.
