Volek and Vince Young are both struggling. Young doesnt even look ready to be a number 2 and Volek looks shaky as a starter. I think Collins is brought in as more of a 'plan b' if Volek continues to struggle but hopefully BIlly Volek gets his shot to start in the regular season.
