We did a lot of customization to the free standing bar on the top floor. Steve did most of the Superman style mirror over the couch which is a replica of a tat on DJ's arm. Steve did a lot more artistic stuff you won't see (or notice) and I did a couple other minor things you won't see. His theater is pretty amazing.

It's actually a pretty modest place, for a multi-millionare. I'm guessing the condo was $400k and he probably put another $100k into the theater and furnishing/decorating. I really don't have any idea what he spent, that's total conjecture on my part.
