For the NFL to suspend you for conduct you actually have to be convicted. I don't think he's stood trial for any of his arrests.

Updating previous items, Geoff Hobson (http://www.kffl.com/link/127), of Bengals.com (http://www.kffl.com/link/126), reports Cincinnati Bengals (http://www.kffl.com/team/12/nfl) WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh (http://www.kffl.com/player/412/nfl) (heel) will be a game-time decision for the team's season opener. Houshmandzadeh was the only Bengal not to practice Friday, Sept. 8. They also stated that Pollard LB will play in the opener.

Yes, Chris Perry is out for a while. Odell Thurman is suspended. It also looks like Deltha O'Neal might not be able to play. As for Housh, I would be very surprised if he doesn't play. Its a huge game and he was practicing earlier this week, so unless he made his injury worse, he could just be resting to heal up before the game.
