Let me tell you how this season unfolds...I've seen this movie before:

You get off to a slow start, team looks unprepared for the first 4-6 weeks.

When you need to be aggressive, Herm reels it in.

Clock management will cost you two games this season minimum.

You get 'great' quotes during the post-game conferences, at least if you have an IQ of 50. "You play the game to win" or the like substitutes for meaningful game breakdown and coaching.

No in game adjustments will be evident, because there won't be any.

You won't turn the ball over much, but then again it's hard to turn it over when you never play aggressive.

Any day now, one of the coordinators will be thrown 'under the bus', because it ain't Herm's fault...he's coaching (sic) as hard as he can.

Oh, it will take a minimum of 3 years (or 2 DC's) to learn the 'Herm Cover-2'...but be patient, you will get it eventually.
