Interesting, what do you plan on doing once you're done?

At first I was a journalism major, then a history major, then a public relations major, then a journalism major, and then back to history.

Basically I ended up with no degree and a $100/month for the next 15 years reminder of my failure. I had a lot of fun but I would do things differently if given a mulligan.

Right now I am a shipping and receiving manager at tractor dealership and raise cattle. Nothing glamorous but I enjoy it.

Hopefully teaching at the university level (I'm teaching two classes right now, TA'ing another and taking one as we speak). Honestly, I wouldn't mind teaching at a CC b/c the pay is often better than at several U's and you don't have the publish or perish requirements that you do at a normal research u.

I might recommend athletic coaching....apparently you don't have to be too sharp to make millions in the NFL as a HC.

Accounting is a fine field. That said, I can't think of another major that would bore me to death more than Acctg. Good luck with that, and might I suggest a switch to Finance instead of Acctg?

Comp Sci & Electrical Engineering

I've found through many acquaintances that if you stick to science and engineering you usually manage to stay in the field. Teaching and law seem to be that way as well.

EDIT:

Still working in my field in cell phone towers and hooking up wireless networks from smalll coffee shop size to places the size of Harley Davidson. Super competitive, looking to start my own business or get on the ground floor of a couple promising companies.

It's very cut throat and I hate it that aspect of the job.
