Ok, so my PR writing class wants us to pick a client for the semester and "represent" them. Of course, I picked my boys and have done a few assignments.

BUT...I need to know what the Chief's Boiler Plate is..

A Boiler Plate by definition is an ending statement; used in media releases, collateral materials, and/or web sites. It Identifies a company and includes trading symbol for public companies. It also gives media the words you use to describe your organization.
I know that this is a little confusing, but any help would very much be appreciated.

Thank you!

Like this from CNNMoney.com? -
Motorola is the No. 2 manufacturer of wireless handsets after global leader Nokia (Charts). Besides NCR, Symbol Technologies' top competitors include Intermec (Charts) and PSC.

This should be fun

Yes, Yes, Yes!!! Do you know where to find it? I have the number to Bob Moore's office, but I really don't want to call them!

The "official" one? No. I perused the Chiefs site briefly and didn't see anything that would work. You'll probably need to call them - although I bet some people here could come up with some pretty entertaining alternates.

My Chiefs boiler plate was reached back in that playoff game in 95 against the Colts.

Here it is... I find it on everything they send out.

The opinions offered in this column do not necessarily reflect those of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Kansas City’s franchise and its fans have now enjoyed America’s top football facility for over 35 years and that this season is an opportunity for the Chiefs organization to collectively express a hearty salute to all who have unquestionably made Arrowhead Stadium - The Home of the CHIEFS!

Better sources than Bob Moore, since they do the actual releases. Also more likely to get a response.
