store bought ice cream review

Blue Bunny Limited Edition Cherry Cobbler Swirl.

I mostly stay away from the Blue Bunny brand, their mix of flavors I usually find lacking. And that sums up this entry.

For those who are not familiar with Blue Bunny, it's a cheap brand of ice cream. Runs around $2.75 for a half gallon carton.

They got one thing right, the cherry swirl. It is a tart cherry that they put in a white ice cream. I call it a white ice cream because it is an unusual bright white in color. And completely lacking in any form of flavor.

If you are a fan of tart cherries it may be worth the purchase price. The tart cherry is very good. They may have thought the cherry would over power the ice cream, it is tart. If only they had put it in a good vanilla, this would be one awesome ice cream.
