Cop: Shouldn't be a problem if you've only had a couple....

Then Thurman blows 2x the legal limit.......

The Cincinnati PD could probably make a few extra bucks by putting a Bengals Arrest Compilation DVD out on the market......

That was quite entertaining.....

That is not only messed up but probably illegal. It will be interesting to see what happens to the police department and media for letting this out. In the era of id theft, I am sure someone is trying to open stuff in his name. He better freeze his credit.

Most of us probably couldn't have passed all those tests sober. Thurman was definitely drunk though.

Some of those balancing tests are hard to do sober. I think he would have had a chance if he could say the alphabet. I wonder if that was a fair indication to him. I have a feeling he can't say them anyway. You don't have to know the alphabet to play football, unfortunately for him. I took a test once and rattled those suckas off so fast, even the cop knew they were just wasting time and let me go. I was merely tired, and had not had anything to drink. I probably crossed the line a little, so I got pulled over.

Jeez is that what every field sobriety test is like? that cop sounds like the biggest dork. Is it really necessary to spend 15 minutes explaining to a person how to walk a straight line when you could just tell them to take 9 steps forward and 9 steps back putting one foot in front of the other? That cop could make opening a door as complicated as calculus.

Also, for those of you who work in law enforcement or have experience....why even give the sobriety tests when there's a breathalyzer in the car you can just ask the guy to blow on?

edit: OK I just rewatched...The cop took him to the car and made him blow on something BEFORE he gave him the field sobriety tests....is that not a breathalyzer that he blew on? I mean if the ****er blew a 1.8 or whatever what's the point in giving him 30 minutes worth of sobriety tests before you tell him he's arrested?

The longer they keep him doing things like that the less he will blow. Possibly they didn't want to have to bring him in?
