I've had good luck with their Motorolas. I wouldn't recommend anything from LG.

I just ordered a Motorola V123E. Should be fine for a work phone, my boss has had one for 5 years and droped it a bunch of times. Only $31.99 shipping included.

Thanks for the link bill. I'll use it later when I want to add a phone. I just wanted to get a durable one for now to use at work, I've pretty much destroyed my current flip phone and am changeing providers because I found out I've been paying insurance for 3 years for NOTHING.

Not sure who you are changing from but this is hands down the most durable phone out there

Be careful with the Nextel...Sprint will be doing away with Nextel at the end of this year or early next year..

I use Nextel for work..and we will have to change our provider and all of our phones..a major pain in the ass

I understand- but if you want rugged and durable they are the only ones out there

Sorry Bill Parcells

nextel isnt going anywhere- Especially next year.

Their contract from the FCC on the Specturm they use isnt up until 2010 and SprintNextel has issued its commitment to the iDen community

what will probably happen is they will move more people to use the CDMA side for phone calls and iDEN for PTT until qchat is released- but who knows when that is.. The ic530 is SprintNextel's first dual band phone that does exactly that- and it is being released first in the congested markets. Nextel would like more people to use these dual mode phones so that first responders dont get network error messages because some kid with BOOST is yakin it up with his drug dealer...

also Nextel is going to roll out wi-max in late 2007- and this is very exciting.... also Sprint has Said they will NOT change the race to the "Sprint Cup" it will stay the NEXTEL cup .. but some branding will now say Sprint etc.

I work for Verizon. If you want a Motorola the v325 is good phone, very durable, it has a rubberized outter shell. You can pick one up on a 2 year contract for about 50 bucks at vzw.com
