Missouri was beaten in every phase of the game. The turnovers really hurt, but our O and D did not step up at any time. A&M was clearly the better team today, and that surprises me given their performance against Army. Hopefully, this game serves as a wake up and not a turning point.

I've heard the name but I can't place him. But nobody will stay at KU for long whether they win or lose. If they win, they go to Pittsburgh or Minnesota and if they lose they get fired. Until KU decides to field a winning team they won't. And I've been waiting 50 years for them to want to. The '68 team was the best KU has come up with since I've been a fan. Riggins and Co. Of course I spent 1968 in Korea and didn't get to see a game other than the Orange Bowl. The "Rollin' Nolan" years weren't too bad but they didn't last long enough.
