Cool places in KC to visit...

A good friend of my wife's is going to KCMO in a couple of days and asked me if I knew any cool things she could check out while she was there. Not being from the KC area, I could only tell her about places like the Plaza. Could some of you KC natives give me some ideas? I've got to go to bed now...but I'll check back in the morning. Nelson Art Gallery should be #1-World Class Museum-plus a pretty good lunch. Truman House and Library. Liberty Memorial has a couple of Excellent WW1 musuems. Any of the lakes around town would be a fun day to rent a boat and hang out also.
