I can tell you that if you're a small dog and you eat a large box of crayons your poop will be multi-colored.

Also, if you eat a bunch of bacon grease soaked paper towels you may need to have someone pull it out of your butt before my little sister will let you back in the house.

Just a guess, but I'd say yes. Dots do not have a high potassium count, if any at all. To offset the effects of eating large quantities of Dots just take some extra, and I do mean "extra" as in mega-doses of potassium tablets.
