If you could choose your work week, what would be your hours? It would need to be 40hrs a week, with the same days. Well maybe you could rotate the days every two weeks or on a monthly basis.


I would go with 4 10 hour days. Mon-Thursday, 10 AM-8:30PM. Not a morning person

Me too. That's already my work week, more or less, except it's M-F.

I like it.

I would prefer a later starting time.

I'll probably change my mind in a few years, but right now I'm in the college student schedule. I'd love to do something like 9-7 M-Thurs.

I've worked 4 10 hour days with a floating day off. The best days went to the people with seniority. I usually had Tuesday off.

I've also worked 9/80 where you work 9 hour days and get every other Friday off. That was nice.

If I had my way it would be 4 10s - 7-5:30 with Friday off.

I work Sun., Mon, Tue, and every other Wed., 12 hr. shifts. So I have 3 days off one week and 4 days off the next. I'm guaranteed 6 hrs of overtime every other week! :thumb:
