Well the good news is we are gong to go .500 just enough to get a shitty draft pick and season ticket holders will still buy season tickets. Honestly we were doing better than most people expected. chiefs rule

Lets get our offensive line built up. First two picks offensive line.
We should be back to normal on offense after that.

King Carl's plan is still working to perfection. Face it, he's the best GM in the league.

yeah he is we still put a good product at home but we are pretenders. Good teams win today average teams loose the game. It was to be expected. I am not really pissed just I wish I could be pleasently surprised once. We always loose when we have a chance for making a statement, but thats what KC wants. They don't want to go for it all they would rather stay put and keep gathering tax dollars. I am glad we passed that tax

What happens when the 1st round lineman are gone at our pick? From what I've seen if we're picking below 15 there's a good chance there wont be OL there to pick.....

I want Cox to come in here and tell you we don't want a #1 pick because they cost to much money.

We won't loose we will win just enough games to get an injury prone bust like Derrick Johnson. Our drafts are aweful. time to get out the draftboard again. Tamba hali dissapeared today as ususal. I have been calling for a different pick all this time, but as long as arrowhead is sold out the hunt family doesn't care what happens

I like the idea that you HAVE to be in the top 10 draft picks to get any kind of quality player. I mean, it's worked out so well for Oakland.

I hate to say it but oakland is in pretty good shape right now. They have alot of young players ready to step up. The chiefs are old, but they will get to 8-8 hopefully! chiefs rule!

Most really good teams have a cornerstone player that was picked in the top 10...

What? Tamba is one of the few good first-rounders in Carl's reign.

I love how this shit is bantered around every year. You do not get good by being really horrible for a few seasons so you can spend 60 million dollars on some blue chip prospects.

You get good, or better yet, continue to be good, by just having quality drafts rounds 1-7 year after year. Having Hali, Pollard, Croyle, Page, and somebody like Maxey all turning into solid players from this draft, then getting 4 or 5 good players from the 2007 draft, and then doing the same thing year after year.

Those #1 picks are way too expensive. They instantly become one of the highest paid players on your team, and they may not ever even play a game in the NFL.

What's this "we" shit, Eagles fan?

As much as I hate it. I pay the taxes for this for this organization against my will.
