For what it's worth, I don't think you are an idiot for thinking Huard should be starting. I disagree with you, but there is certainly merit to sticking with a quarterback who has performed as well as Huard has. Even star QB's have off weeks, and you're right that many of our QB problems are due to the line, not Huard.

I tend to think that Trent is still better for the team in the long run. If, by some chance, we end up making a decent playoff run, I'm more comfortable with a veteran quarterback leading us into the playoffs than a guy who hasn't started a full season yet. But that's just me.

He's run one of the best offenses in the league for the last four years leading up to this year. With our terrible D he never did anything but hold up his end of the bargin. in his one playoff game he performed beautifully only to be cheated by that terrible D and a few bad calls. I don't know what else he could do for us as Chiefs fans unless he can play defense too. I know you are just playing the devils advocate but i still gave you an honest answer. ...how the heck are yuh these days mr. kloster?
