LJ leads the leauge in rushing with 1206 yards, Gore is 2nd with 1043. I don't know if LJ's numbers include Denver.

Gore has some talent, but I wouldn't be among my top ten. Any marginally talented RB is going to benefit from playing Seattle, Arizona and St. Louis twice a season.

I believe they do include the Denver game:

Gore is no LJ, but hes going to be a pretty good RB.

Gore had fumbling issues early on but outside of that he is probably the best combination of speed and power at the RB position after LJ. He is a very good back now and is getting better each week with experience.

As for playing Seattle, Arizonia and St Louis twice a year you have to remember he is having to play those teams while playing for the 9ers...Not exactly ideal for any RB...And BTW Seattle and Arizona's run D's are right in the middle of the pack in the NFL with the Chiefs so it isn't exactly like getting 4 games against the Colts run D.

Gore is a nice story but i can't see two repaired knees hold up for very long. I hope he proves me wrong though. The guy has worked his ass off.

If MaGahee recovered from that nasty blow out then I wouldn't bet against anyone coming back 100% after a knee problem these days. And Gore certainly appears to be back close to the speed and quickness he had as a freshman before the injuries.

I am a thousand percent sure gore could block Fooj Gore maybe the best blocking rb in the nfl maybe even his conference. After he does he probably doesn't put his hands together like lj to form an arrowhead teh lame! CHIEFS RULE!

I am sure he is back. I am also sure it will be a short career. Like I said though, hope the dude proves me wrong. He is tough.

All I know is Gore has made me look like a FF genius taking him as my 2nd starting rb in the 4th round, and as of today I have a comfortable lead on the team who took LJ number 1 overall.

I got Gore late and he is a fantasy football stud. Duhhhh...LJ was taken first (appropriately).

Which is why he and Ron Mexico are both best suited to play RB and not QB. :D

He's got a learning disability and can barely read.
