Sorry DaWolf....but I have to agree with dj56dt58 on this one....Herm is just as responsible for this debacle as Gunther is.

I'm not giving Gunther a bye...he pretty much needs to go. But anyone who doesn't take into account that Herm's "defense wins" philosophy pretty much was headed for disaster at some point.
