I'm leaving this place for a month or two. I want nothing to do with the Chiefs or the NFL for a long time.
I'll probably see what happens in the playoffs and root against teams like the Chargers, but I'm not going to any Super Bowl parties or anything.
It's disgusting to think of the time I've wasted on Sundays this season. Completely false hopes. I think this time off will be good for my productivity. Maybe I'll write a novel or develop a cure for AIDS with all the spare time I have. I could really turn over a new leaf.
I'll return around February when mock drafts are abound.
Oh, and don't kill yourselves over this team. Please. I care about each and every one of you.
