Mike Solari IS trying to break your heart...

And frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if Gunther was taking tips from Ryan Adams considering the self-destruction that went on Cleveland.

A week ago I was thinking, man, the Chiefs look like a team coached by a D back and with and O-line coach for their offensive coordinator...wait... Oh, oh no.

But with the ENORMOUS bust of (former Pro-Bowler?) corner Ty "how could you do that to us" Law, and a run offense that might as well be called the Larry Johnson stat collection agency, the Chiefs pretty much just look like punters.

The concept of a passing offense, was DOA in Kansas City this year. I sat there wondering Sunday, why not stretch it out, once, go to the shotgun whatever has to be done. Well, the Ravens understood. Herm Edwards loves stating the obvious and its reflected in his offensive strategy. Hell, even Marty would occasionally get a little crazy and throw it to a Tackle or something. Herm's plan is: Larry, Larry, crossing pattern to Tony. I'm pretty sure most 12 year old boys have more creative play calling in game of Madden.

I know the Huardiacs are out there screaming that Trent blew it, but do you really think Damon "you have won my undying respect" Huard would have pulled that out? Pressure got to Damon too. Admittedly, the reason Trent was the starter was because he is supposed to overcome challenges like Sunday, and he let us down. But, really in a loss where consecutive QB sneaks on 3rd down kill all hope, I think the line on both sides of the ball need a long hard look in the mirror.

The offense is in shambles, and looking good against Cleveland is nothing to brag about. There is zero passing threat, and Herm needs to learn that showing a lack of confidence in your offensive passing attack is as bad as calling timeouts on defense.

Maybe Ty, the D-line, Solari and Chief's recieving core should start an alt-country band?

Rep for the musical references. I'm not sure many people will get them, though.

I'm as burned out on WILCO as Tweedy was burned out on the smack!
Let's be "more adventurous" and hire Jenny Lewis. She can preform "the execution of all things" including Gunther. It'll be our "accidental death. We're the indians in the [jaguars] nest."

You really can't blame it on Trent alone. It was because the O-line broke down that he was rushed, it was Sammie Parkers hands that tiped the ball that extra couple of feet into the defenders hands, it was Ty Law and Greg Wesley that blew the coverage that gave the Ravens that gigantic pass. Yeah, Trent probably could've made some better calls, but teveryone else could've too.
