Yet another pie thread. I am looking for some input on cream pies. I have to make 15 pies today, and I am looking for some more ideas on cream pies.
I usually make:
Chocolate
Banana
Vanilla
Choco-Banana

I have made
Kahlua cream
Choco-Mint
Coconut

My appologies to those that expected this to be a different type of Pie thread. But do a quick search and you'll find a thread of similar title from Big Daddy that you can review.

Hey take your retard slap fight out of the pie thread. Or at least drop the occasional cream pie idea in the midst of your incoherant windmilling flailing.

The last is a little uncomfortable offering to the neighbors for x-mas.
But I may try the P-nut butter.

I have no input to your request, since I've abstained from pie since 3 December.

Lemon Icebox (very easy).
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 eggs, beat by themselves

Mix beaten eggs with Eagle Brand milk, then add lemon juice and mix real good. Pour into graham cracker crust. Then put into icebox until firm.

Strawberry Rhubarb...

Exactly; my "Chiefs victory" dessert.

Maybe I'll be able to have some tomorrow night... If Gonzo breaks horseface's record, I'll even add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Nothing like a good case of food poisoning:

Don't eat raw eggs or undercooked runny eggs. Eggs can harbor salmonella even if they are unbroken. When a recipe calls for raw eggs, use frozen pasteurized eggs, powdered eggs, or egg substitutes. Don't keep any egg or egg-rich food out of the refrigerator for more than two hours. Don't sneak a taste of any batter, cookie or cake dough that contains raw eggs. (Cookie dough ice cream uses pasteurized eggs and is safe.)

For the fearful:
Here's a non-egg recipe:

1 graham cracker crust
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 sm. can Eagle Brand milk
18 oz. container Cool Whip

Mix lemon juice and milk. Add Cool Whip and mix thoroughly. Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate. Even better after it's been frozen!

Risk is less than 1 in 10,000 eggs. If you use fresh eggs and eat the dish within a few hours after making, the risk is minimal. Salmonella won't kill most people. I probably wouldn't feed raw eggs to someone (very young or very old) that it would. I've tasted raw batter's and dough's all my life and have never gotten sick from it.

Done so far:
