This has been a very exciting game. Both of these teams are going to be factors in the AFC next year (and will probably be on the Chiefs' schedule next year)

I'm watching play by play on nfl.com and it says that losman threw it on 4th and 5 on the tennessee 28 with 40 seconds left. Is this right :/

What a bizzare end to this game.

Bills, down one, 4th and 5, with :50 left in the game, go for it instead of trying a 45 yard FG. Their kicker was 5 for 5 on FG today.

And Buffalo decides against going for a 47 yard field goal for the win on 4th and 5 and turns the ball over on downs.

Dick Jauron is one of the most inept coaches in football. Another one of those guys that just has a perpetual blank stare frozen on his face all the time...

With a kicker who was 5 for 5 on the day no less...

Yes...Buffalo forgoed the FG attempt & instead went for it on 4th down. Lindell was warming up on the sideline so I guess they decided a 45 yarder was out of his range.

strange

New England has nothing to play for next week so expect Brady and the starters to get a rest. How funny would that be if Tennessee gets into the playoffs?

Rian Lindell sucks.......especially under pressure. Friend of mine likes that team and tells me how awful the guy is all the time.......that's probably why they went for it.

Did he and Herm go the same coach 'finishing' school???

Their was a stiff wind, but no way do I let Loserman go for it on 4th and 5.

Oh wait the forcast for that game was suppose to be really really windy so that may have also played into why they didn't kick.......were all his other FG's short?

New England has nothing to play for? i thought they needed a win and a baltimore loss to clinch home-field won't they be playing for that next week?

Uh dude.......Losman has really developed this year......I like how people tend to forget he is a young guy who's made alot of strides this year. He's been better than our QB's......

Baltimore won (and got Pittsburgh out of it) today...Worst they can do is 12-4 and best the Pats can do is 12-4 -- and the Ravens (even if they lose next week) own the tie-breakers over NE.

8/8 on FGs from both players

5/5 Buff - 24/21/45/36/21
3/3 Tenn - 30/20/42

Buffulo should have scores with 3 FG less than 25.. that means they were inside the 10 3 times...

Can any imagine how pissed I am?

okay.... the debacle.

The wind was tough at RWS today. Lindell would've been kicking into the wind - he said he didn't think he could make it from that distance with the wind.

What really pisses me off is that the DJ didn't call any plays designed to move the damn chains to get INTO FG range. The sideline was mass confusion on that set of downs. When 4th down came up - the Offense started off the field and the FG unit was coming on... then Losman threw his arms up like he was saying "WHAT THE ****??" and back onto the field they came and instead of going for the 5 damn yards for a 1st down.... they call a freakin 40 yard play. What a crock of shit!

oh... and HOW the damn coaching staff didn't know where the optimal FG range was - I don't know... stupid ****ers.
