I am finding myself so excited for this game tomorrow, I feel like a 5 year old knowing Christmas is tomorrow. I can barely contain myself in anticipation. PBJ

ok, going to try to do some work (or at least look like it!)

I know, right. I haven't done crap the last couple days, well yesterday, I didn't log on the the planet and took care of some pressing issues, but now it's time again to surf, post and read all about the chiefs and the playoffs.

It's like I'm a 14 year old again and I just discovered how easy it is to get porn on the computer!

I don't want to glance away. I get to the last post and keep hitting "next thread" until someone writes something new.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I woke up this morning at 5AM, sat up in bed with a big smile on my face, only to lose that smile when I realized that today was Friday, not Saturday. :(

It was hard to get back to sleep after that.... :cuss:

Crazy thought......Wouldn't that be something to win the superbowl this year?

That would be like not thought of happening with most all us fans this year.

It would be euphoria at this place.

I'm going to miss the game tommorow. My middle daughter is in an out-of-town B-ball leage and they have 2 games tommorow afternoon an hour away.

I swear, IF ANYONE speaks a word of the score (especially the final) to me tommorrow before I can get home and watch the game I will be able to turn the other cheek!

I'm thinking about wearing a carboard sign over my Chiefs shirt that says "I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THE SCORE!!!"

Will we play the Chargers next Saturday or Sunday? We have a 5:30 basketball game on Saturday, and it would really stink to have to miss the second half of the biggest upset of the year.

I would say that 80% of the city, including woman, children, and everybody is excited about the game tomorrow. There is a nice buzz everywhere you go downtown. I ate lunch at Genghis Kahn's today and even the Mexican's cooking the food wearing saying "Go Chief's!". I can't image how the city is going to be next Friday.

Hold your ground, hold your ground! Sons of Gondor, of Rohan, my brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. An hour of woes and shattered shields, when the age of men comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you *stand, Men of the West!*

Sounds familiar, except we won't watch Chiefs games with anyone but family. It's not really always a pleasant experience for us, much less for onlookers.

Maybe. Maybe not. That is their choice though.

If we win, I will be thrilled.

If we lose, I will be bummed.

Pretty much my story every Sunday.

I go into every game hoping for a win though. That shouldn't be a crime.
