Did he never fully recover from the nasty knee injury, or is it that he's dog shit without Roaf next to him? He looked horrible the last several games of the season, so what gives?

Good question, he was fine the entire year, but ended like dog shit. I can imagine some of those billion run plays for LJ put some hurtin' on him, Wiegmann and Shields as well. Over the length of the season and the final few games probably just got to him...at least I hope that is what it was from.

I think you're seeing the effects of him not having a HOF LT next to him.

Look I'm fine with Brian Waters being our LG for a long time but what we have to realize is that guard just isn't an impact position. So we can't expect Brian Waters to carry this team in the trenches or be a big difference maker.
