INDIANAPOLIS - Colts post-game celebrations turned violent downtown early Sunday morning.

Police say a group of Kansas City fans were inside Have a Nice Day Cafe on south Meridian Street, when a bouncer asked them to leave. As they were being escorted out, police say one of the men stabbed the bouncer in the leg. A patron tried to help, and was cut in the face.

All four suspects have been caught.

Indianapolis- A Kansas City man is in the Marion County jail after a fight and stabbing in a downtown bar.


It happened inside a very crowded Have a Nice Day Café about four hours after the Colts-Chiefs game.

One witness told police he saw one man hit another man in the face with a broken beer bottle, then stabbed him in the arm and stomach.

He then allegedly attacked a bouncer who intervened.

A friend of the victim said he didn't think the fight was over team loyalty.

"We didn't say anything to them at all. We didn't really know they were chiefs fans, cause they didn't even have jerseys or anything on that said chiefs. I didn't know until the cops got them and pulled their id's out," said a witness to the fight.

The victim underwent surgery Sunday at Methodist Hospital, and is in fair condition.

I was originally going to stay the night and hang, but the "feeling" from the stadium quickly squashed that idea.

I was in the front row behind the Chiefs bench, and got taunted non stop,( no big deal, comes with the territory and easy to shrug off) and got stuff thrown at me for some of the game.

After the game was over...one of their main security guards came up and shook my hand and thanked me for being classy and not reacting or retaliating. So that was cool.

It's unfortunate that this happened, but it doesn't surprise me. There were plenty of people looking for trouble last night.

A BOUNCER, INSIDE THE BAR, VICTIM #2 WHOM HAD ATTEMPTED TO BREAK
UP THE FIGHT WAS ALSO STABBED BY JESUS GUERRA. DURING THE COURSE
OF OUR INVESTIGATION, WITH THE VICTIM #1, THE SUSPECTS JESUS
GUERRA AND JESSICA YOUNG, ARRIVED IN FRONT OF THE BUSINESS
DRIVING A WHITE VAN. OFFICER BOBBY JAMES ATTEMPTED TO STOP THEM
TO KEEP THEM FROM FLEEING THE SCENE. WHILE DOING SO SHE GRABBED
THE ARM OF JESSICA YOUNG, WHOM PULLED AWAY, AND GOT BACK INTO
THE VAN, AND FLED THE SCENE. THE VAN WAS BEING DRIVEN BY JESUS
GUERRA. DURING THE ALTERCATION, POLICE WERE ABLE TO DETAIN 2
INDIVIDUALS, WHOM WERE INVOLVED WITH JESUS GUERRA; THEIR NAMES

INVESTIGATION, WE LOCATED JESUS GUERRA AND JESSICA YOUNG, THEY
WERE BOTH SUBSEQUENTLY ARRESTED FOR THE AGGRAVATED ASSAULT ON
THE VICTIMS, AND FOR RESISTING LAW ENFORCEMENT. DET ALLEN GREEN
