No, that case was out of Connecticut, IIRC. However, he was screwed over by the city council and some shady politicians, and after having all reasonable means of resolution rebuked, he sought revenge the old fashioned way...and boy did that mf get some revenge.

He went out of his way not to hurt anyone, despite how the media characterized him. IMO, the guy is a model of civil disobedience.
