It can't happen soon enough, IMO. The "damn the torpedos" approach they've taken towards Sperm-burping this week has been down right sickening. Will it take a 5-11 season or worse? Or are these dumb motherf*ckers smart enough to see through another farce like this season?

How many years and they still haven't turned on Carl?

Not gonna happen with Sperm either.

Not enough ice on the front lawn for you to get the paper today? You read JoPo's article today, didn't you?

The media doesn't really turn on head coaches.

the media in KC is all midwest nice...no one ever asks a follow up or really challenges anyone its sad. Sports radio in KC are all big on what they think till face to face with herm then they all back down.

...because when they don't Der Fuhrer Peterson shuts them out.

That press conference on Thursday was another joke by the weak KC-media.

I was sitting there waiting for someone to ask Herm if he thought the Chiefs lack of production on first down (which he mentioned) might be related to the Chiefs predictability in their playcalling on first down.

There is great reason as to why Lenny the Cool is still in the booth!

In Hermland, there is no correlation between what happens after you do something and the thing you did in the first place, Mr. KCChiefsfan88.

If Herm can handle the NY media for as long as he did, don't think the KC media will faze him. How long before Clark Hunt turns on Peterson and Herm is the only thing that matters.

Something tells me the answer is "never".

What media are we talking about?

The few times I've tuned into 610 and 810, it's all bitching all the time...

No shit.

Only thing missing is the public stoning on the Country Club Plaza.....

This is wrong..Herm was the darling of the New York Media..they actually protected him..this guy Whitlock has given Herm more shit in the past 2 weeks than he got in 5 years in NY..

That's shocking. Why did they protect him? Did they secretly wish the Jets to suck?

If you are a Caucasian reporter criticizing an African American coach you will be labeled a racist ;)...not one beat writer with the Jets was an African American..hence his impeccable record.

I can see the race card getting him a free-ride for a year, but five years?! The NY media must really be PC-pussified.
