Considering the play of the two QB's at times (Rexy anytime and Manning in the playoffs) the discussion should be "Black players winning in spite of their white QBs"

Is this a joke? Please tell me it is.

80+% of the players on the field will be black, including probably 100% of the CBs and 99% of the WRs.

Never mind that...

There will be no justice in this world until exactly 24.2% of all NFL teams have a black kicker on their active rosters!

Can each team have a kicker who is 24.2% black?

Obama isn't a race-oriented politician. Which is why this joke ultimately fails despite its promising premise.

It's also why Obama has a really good chance of winning, at least relative to previous African-American candidates.

There's two white place kickers as well. How come no press on that? Huh? Where's the love for the white folks around here?

Except that his father and step father are Muslim. Not a religion that is very popular right now.

Obama and Sharton will be the first to call the person who pointed out that there are in fact two white QBs starting in the Super Bowl a racist and a bigot. :banghead: How could anyone use race as a way to denote ones ability to be a QB. :banghead: They will also be the first to congradulate Dungy and Smith for thier major accomplishment. :banghead:

I was personally offended for Dungy when, five minutes after the game, the reporter asked him how it felt to be a black coach going to the Super Bowl. The guy won a great accomplishment, he didn't win a great black accomplishment. I felt that the reporter essentially belittled him by turning it into a black thing.

It's impossible for Obama to be race-oriented. Not because he is white/black and his sisters are asian/white, but because being race-oriented requires you to take a stand. Obama has never took a stand on anything. There is never been a politician more other-handed than Obama.

Abortion? Obama: Abortion kills babies, but I can support women to make thier own decision.
Drugs? Obama: Drugs are bad, m'kay. However I smoke more than cancer man and have been known to enjoy a line or two.
Sadaam? Obama: Sadaam killed lots of inocent people and deserved his punishment, but people need to realize that he was a person too. He had a family, liked cute puppies and watched the Simpsons so we really should have put him in therepy instead of a hangmans noose. I am against the death penalty and believe that we should not support killing anybody, even cold blooded murders like Sadaam that got the death that he deserved.
Any relevent Issue? Obama: Well, instead of answering your questions I am going to bring up the supporting points of both sides then never finish my answer. I may not be accomplishing anything or telling anybody what I really think, but the American voters are really buying into this line of BS so I am going to keep going with what works.

Obama is far more interested in racial issues than the average politician so I don't know where you got that. I wouldn't call it a pre-occupation or an obsession or anything, but he's not the non-race-oriented politician that you think he is. He's certainly not an Al Sharpton though.

I wasn't insulted but I felt bad for Dungy & Smith. I don't think that either man should have had to answer the stupid questions about their race. I've never heard either coach refer to themselves as anything other than NFL coaches - not NFL black coaches. Those reporters should be ashamed of themselves.

How can they know what it feels like to be a black coach in the NFL if they were never a white coach in the NFL (or Asian)?

I say you should appeal the great Oz (aka commissioner Goodell) and the rules committee to allow for midget interviews for all subsequent coaching openings.

What you call other-handed I call even-handed. We need a politician who will consider the issue before taking a stand on it right or left.

But if you want to find out what he actually thinks on the issues, try this link (http://obama.senate.gov/issues/)
