I just think in the biggest game the biggest strengths and weaknesses show up. I think defense wins, and Manning gets rattled when you get some licks on him and Chicago will be able to do that. And I think the Bears will be able to overpower the Colts defensive line and control the game that way, either be it passing or running.

I certainly hope the Bears win. They're my foster team. I don't think the Colts defense can handle the Bears.

This is the Green Bay vs. Donkeys Super Bowl all over again, IMO.

I don't know if I think it more than hope it. The Bears winning would be good for the NFL. The NFC needs the win. They have been the red headed step-child long enough.

The red headed step child thing is always funny to me. My sister is my Mom's red headed stepchild.

If Rex doesn't turn the ball over, they win, IMO. The Bears will shut down the Colts offense.

I don't want rex to win or payton, i think it'd be funnier to see payton choke the game away though.

I'm a AFC/AFL guy so I will root for the Colts "irony the Colts used to be NFL" I do feel the Bears have a advantage, the old us against the world mentality. That and Manning has huge pressure to win the big one. Nobody is giving Grossman a chance so he has that nothing to lose let rip mentality. makings for a upset. That said I think the Colts win.

GO BEARS! I want to see medical personnel giving Peyton the Heimlich Maneuver at the end of the game.

I want to See Lil' Ronnie cry.I was looking for some sort of rooting interest in this game. I think that will do nicely.

Go Bears.

I would not be surprised if Manning chokes, Florida-style.

I think the Colts have a great shot to score heaps of points. Bears secondary is exploitable.

However ..it seems a solid bet Hester will take one to the house- and probably give the Bears great field position several other times.

Hester is that good and the Colt's special teams are absolutely hideous.

I'll go with Colts 31, Bears 21.

Manning is going to rip them a new ASS! I'm on the Payton band wagon. So tired of the "Brady has rings, so he's better from the NE faithful."

Payton's a good guy.

Da Bears. shut up the odds makers and all the Manning knob slobblers

Manning pouting on the sidelines in 2nd half will be sweet. or from a golf cart.

I like this match-up...too bad Harris isn't playing

and I'd love see Manning in tears, blaming his team....

the bars were ridiculous last night...

Nothing like living right in the heart of a city who's team is in the Super Bowl...too bad it's the Bears and not the Chiefs =(

And I think the Bears will be able to overpower the Colts defensive line and control the game that way, either be it passing or running.Manning isn't going to get rattled. He is going to hand the ball off a lot to Adai. If they are unable to get a first down, they will be confident enough in their D to punt the ball to Grossman and force him to make the plays. If Grossman makes them, then this will be a fun game, but if he fails its over. The only other way the Bears have a chance is if their D can hold Adai up long enough, and the refs don't blow the whistle before somebody else can go in and 2 handed strip the ball out onto the ground.

P.S. I wonder if Tony Dungy called up Dennis Green for some advice on this game. You know, all but the choking part.

"They are who we thought they were". If the Bears want to be crowned, then now is the time to shake off any doubts.

Should be fun.

I'm praying for wind and rain, not only because it's Bears weather but because I've always wanted to see a get down in the mud dirty kind of Super Bowl.

I can just see all those whine and cheeser(look at me I'm at the superbowl)people now.

Peyton will NOT win the big one because he can't do it.

Grossman will be average and the rest of Da Bears team will carry the game.

Grossman has performed better than Manning in the post season.

The Colts are way more battle tested. If they were able to beat a team like Baltimore and their defense on the road they should be able to the Bears. The Bears would be about the 3rd or best team if they played in the AFC.

Yeah i seen that stat.

He has the experience.

He's talented as hell, but I hate that arrogant prick !!!!

Grossman has performed better than Manning in the post season.

He's also had time to think, rollout and throw the ball away. If they do nothing but run the ball like the Chiefs & Ravens, the Colts can just stack the line.... and if the Bears get behind & have to pass, the ends will force Grossman to step up and make a play... and he's due for a few mistakes.

It'll be interesting to watch the difference of the guy that needs to not screw it up vs. the guy that might have to carry his team.

Florida vs. Tennessee :)

I want them to win, but I dont think they will. Indy's defense has been playing well and I don't think Rex Grossman will get it done especially in the kinda weather that is predicted.

The Bears fate lies in Grossman's hands.
