more than 3 times the legal limit for walking? He wasn't driving a car

That whole storyline is a mystery. Things like that don't happen. Usually if it is a suicide, they don't leave people guessing.

If it was motivated by some other factor, other people would have at least known that he "hung out with the wrong crowd" or "had a problem with drugs"

I dunno, just strange.

How about he was really drunk and thought it would be cool to look at the ocean from the cliffs and fell?

Insightful, but did you read the part where he had to scale a wall ahead of time to get out there? I dunno still seems strange.

.23 is pretty high level, but not to someone who enjoys partying.

so i am confused they say 3 times the legal limit, but they don't say to opperate a vehicle, so is it 3 times the legal limit period as in i could get a drunk in public for blowng a .09 in the streets because I can blow that at anytime during the week and twice on sundays
