Looks like Arrington paying the Skins millions to let him walk was a really good idea.

Arrington and Kendrell Bell are the same player.

Eh, not saying i want the guy here at all but Lavar is twice as talented as Kendrell, he's faster, more athletic & tackles just as well.

His problem is refusing coaching & not molding to a system, he thinks he's a master freelancer like early Seau.

He's a solid LT that can play any position on the line. Broke his leg last year so he probably won't be quite the same going into next season. I believe he was scheduled to make around $5 mil. next season but with the injury anyone can get him for less. Plus, he is 30 years old. I would think his glory days are behind him.
Could be a good mentor for a young guy :hump: and can maybe be effective for a couple years.

Take a look at the OT and Arrington. Lavaar i thought was doing well with the Giants till he got hurt, suprised by that cut.

No. Arrington has been destroyed by injuries. Just as Bell was.

All I remember about Petitgout was a game where he got about 7 false starts

LaVar might never play again. He blew his tendon.

No need to move on these three. Herm is tuned into the waiver wire on the Jets.

He shutout Dwight Freeney in week one (no sacks; limited tackles), so he's definitely better than Jordan Black, who got diced up by Freeney in the playoffs....

That said, age (30), salary and injuries will cost him some money....

Chiefs have to look at him.

What about Emmons? I know nothing about him except I've heard his name called a few times in games

If his injuries are that extreme then yes, I'd keep Bell as well, otherwise take a look at the guy. I remember seeing highlights of the guy and my jaw dropping due to his pursuit to make a hard-hitting tackle.

Whoever Arrington signs with.

I guarentee he will have a lawyer look over his contract before he signs.

I think Petigout or Arrington would be worth taking a look at, at least.
