A Bet On Valentine's Day Romance

I'm trying to settle a bet with my wife and thought I'd use ChiefsPlanet as my resource. :)

It has to do with married couples, Valentine's Day romance, and in the words of the Bob Eubanks, making "whoopee".

Basically, one of us feels that a vast majority of married couples celebrate every February 14th with romance and sex. The other feels it's more hype and heresay than reality.

So, the first part is, how many of you married couples had what you would consider a romantic evening that included some lovin' in the sack last night. The second part is whether or not it's something that you typically do every year.

Please vote for two options: choose one of the two options regarding last night and one of the two options regarding what typically happens every year.

When I think "romance", I'm thinking uncomfortable clothes, restaraunts I'm not comfortable in, pollen sticks, spray that smells like a bad lillac tree, candles, Bunyon rubbing with Bagbalm, "so baby, your breastestes look beautiful tonight".....

Hide the pickle means "remove lid, insert object, shake until product empties, remove object, wipe off excess Elmer's glue, cover with pants....set to sleep mode. "hey, you alsleep? roll over for a minute"

If you always have to involve scenerio A to achieve scenerio B, you're whipped.

We went to a nice little restaurant for a romantic dinner last night. I got a grilled cheese sandwich with lingonberries on it. I have never heard of a lingonberry, much less eaten one, so I think it's fair to say that the wife and I did some experimental stuff last night.

I must admit that I have expectations for lovemaking on certain holidays like Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Valentines Day, etc. The beautiful and witty Mrs. FAX and I discussed this some time ago and she agreed that it was a good idea and that she would be happy to provide special sexual favors on any holiday which had sexual overtones or connotations for me.
