Our guys have been playing well lately with good focus, if not the full game, then for most of it. The starts have been sluggish. I originally thought of this as a trap game, but I think our guys know the importance. With K-State in the top 4 in the conference they aren't being underestimated. I think this one goes like the Mizzou game. K-State jumps out early with all that adrenaline, but the team with the better talent and depth will pull ahead. It won't be a blow out like we've seen lately, but it also won't be really close either.

It was in Vegas, where a lot more KU fans were able to make it to the game. My guess, watching it on TV, was 3 to 1 Kansas fans. With that said, interesting that the original point holds true....this would be best road win of the season.

See, I said the same thing going in to the Texas Tech game. On the road, tough conference foe. Good opposing coach. A few good players. Having said that, I think this team has changed since the A&M game. I think they understand a lot of things better.

My proof (what little it is) was that I had the same feeling you describe going in to the Mizzou game in Columbia. As long as we can weather that early storm, and K-State doesn't shoot their brains out like they did at Texas, we should be fine in the end.
