View Full Version : I don't know whether I hate Sanjaya or Chris Sligh the most.

They both are like listening to horrible versions of lyrical Muzak.

Pretty much the guys are bad this year but do you think anyone is doing worse than these two?

I like Chris but I totally agree with you about Sanjaya. Sanjaya is really bad and if doesn't get booted off on Thursday something is wrong.

I am rooting for Blake Lewis.

I like Sanjaya, but he's been really bad. He should definitely go on Thursday.

I don't care for Chris, but he's sung well.

I really didn't want to like Blake cause he's kinda over the top, but he's picked two songs I really like.

I like Chris. His wife was quite the surprise, too. Sanmichaeljacksonwannabejaya really sucked tonight.

Lewis, Richardson and Sligh are about the only guys I like. I want LaKisha to win it all.

Sanjaya sucks, but he's really the only one in the young category this year. I have a feeling he will end up sticking around longer than he should (a la Chicken Little dude last year) just because he gets the votes of the youngin's.

Oh, and I like Chris.

I like Sanjaya. I think he's got a very clear quality to his voice. I especially like his Stevie Wonder influence. I haven't seen this week's episode, but I thought he was a goner last week. I was suprised to find out that he was the 4th most popular.

I just watched him sing. It was awful. He was almost whispering the song. He has zero confidence as a performer and needs seasoning.

I agree with that perspective. I think he's a fantastic singer, but he lacks confidence. I don't think he stands a chance.

Also, I think that AJ Tabaldo and Nicholas Pedro will be off the show before Sanjaya. They have absolutely no stage presence, sex appeal, or personality. Sanjaya has a sweet personality that will get the little girlies dialing for him. That won't last forever though.

I think Chris Richardson or Blake Lewis will lead the males. I think Chris Sligh will go far as well as Brandon Rogers.

I met a bunch of them over the weekend. Blake and AJ were nice. Alaina is very pretty in person (moreso than how she looks on tv) and was cool also.

I haven't been able to watch as much this year, but I did watch quite a bit last night. That Blake Lewis guy looks like a natural on the stage and is pretty unique with all of that extra stuff he does. I can see him going far...

Eh, they've raised their margins of error by quite a bit this year, resulting in the whole 2-10 range. It's stupid, but I guess they're trying to be "right" more of the time.

If you look back at last year, it's reasonably accurate, especially as the numbers of finalists gets smaller.

Same here as far as the male contestants. The girls are a lot better though. I want to hear La...uh...LaQuisha (?) belt out some more stuff.
