The NFL Cheerleader playoffs are on.

They have two-gal teams doing things like running, dancing, answering NFL trivia questions, etc. A few observations:


1. Generally nice bodies, generally imperfect faces.

2. The blonde gal on the Titans team is the third-leading cause of tumescence in America. The other gal on the team frightens small children, though.

3. These women know nothing about football. In the "football knowledge" part of the contest, the winning team - WINNING team - missed the question about how many yards a football field has.

4. The Eagles and the Vikings both have potential all-pros on their team.

5. They have to do a one-minute dance competition. A team that really needs points should try the admittedly risky strategy of just making out with each other for a minute.

6. Chad Johnson is one of the judges, and I think he's been sedated. He's just sitting there with a blank look on his face, and he's talking real slow.

7. As a general rule, the cuter the girl is, the slower she runs.

8. The Chiefs cheerleaders aren't on this show, so I can't comment on them.

9. Oh! Oh! Swimming is next!

10. I think I really should just shut the TV off.

The swimming competition is weird. They're in a really big pool, but it's only about three feet deep, so the cheerleaders are confused about whether it's better to swim or wade. They'll try to swim, then stop and wade, then swim, then wade. It was very odd.

In the knowledge competition, they have to match team names with their logos. The Vikings cheerleaders are up first.

They got the Chiefs. They're doing pretty good, actually, and one of them is nibblingly cute.

They got them all in 90 seconds.
