I know he went and had a truck stolen in Mexico, errrr, built a deck for Endelt. Anyone else had work done by him?

Interestingly enough.

I have worked on his house.

By "worked on my house," you mean "made my wife fat"?

I can answer that question pretty easily. I've worked on ENDelt's place, KC Rush's, Pink's, and Brando's.

There's a joke in here somewhere about Athan getting an addition built for only $500.

Wow, that was 3 years ago. I think she went another direction though. She didn't think I was experienced enough to side her entire house at the time. She was probably right. Heh.

I don't know. If it makes sense for me to do it, sure. But that's quite a commute. How big of a deck are we talking about?

Not talking about a cummute really...You can stay here but JimNasium has a big house that you could stay at I'm sure not that far from me...You're asking me size? I just need someone with talent to look and give me ideas. I do have a few that I know I would like to do...

Set a budget, drop me a PM and I'll tell you whether I'm interested in the project. Honestly you can probably get much more for your money locally because I'll have the additional expense of driving down there.

You expect someone that is coming out across the state to do work for you to pay for that travel at their own expense?

That isn't how business works.

Let me get this straight:

1. You read a Tommykat post.
2. You read it again.
3. You read it again.
4. You read it again.
5. You read it again.
6. You think you have it decoded.
7. You actually believe you understand what she was saying.

Oh yeah, head is my favorite. I'm kinda expensive though. Especially if we're doing on a boat. Sometimes the rocking can cause slippage resulting in gouged wood. I don't think you want that.

Actually can't find beer & pizza guy (Imagine that. Should've jumped on it when I had the chance). Have 2 more people coming out tomorrow. I should be able to tell you something by this weekend. I'm really not wanting to pay more than beer & pizza guy as we're just trying to get a quick roof up to put the house up for sale.

Man, I'm through being the traveling remodeler. I've done it two years in a row and that's just too much. In fact, I had somebody from New Mexico ask me to come down there this spring. It would have been a great project but I declined.

I know you're kidding but your post reminded me how much I missed my family during those times out of town.

Phobia

Yeah, besides Brian's deck the Brando job was the coolest thing I did for a Planeteer. We converted a screened in porch into a home office for about $8k. We had fun doing it and they got a good value. Spending $8k to add $20k of equity to your house is a smart investment.

Oh - we also insulated their attic as well. How did you guys do on heating bills this winter?
