When I was sports editor in W'burg, I was fairly unimpressed with this kid.

He was very nice and quite polite, though.

Maybe you should have been unimpressed with the stone-hands WR corps he had to work with instead. Korrobi is talented.

I guess you missed the name change last fall. They need to change the sign in front of the Ward Edwards building and other places around campus.

No,didnt miss it. Knew it changed. Everyone here still calls it CMSU. Signs around town still say CMSU.

I haven't lived in springfield since the name change, I don't know what they call it down there. But to me it will allways be SMS.

it's still SMS down their, it usually takes 10-15 years for the new name to manifest itself in total IMO

Toby Korrodi, I think, is the only non-current or former D-1A quarterback invited to the Combine. That, in itself, tells you he has some talent.

I do prefer CMSU because it's more fun than UCM. They changed the name to make the school sound regional instead of local. The change was unnecessary if you ask me.

One of the senior football players from last year plays there now as a WR. He has been talking for a while how bad ass this guy is. Although this is the first I have heard about him.

Korrodi was just at the NBC studios here in KC recording a segment for Sunday. He tops QB's in the year's draft for throwing velocity.

Eight teams have worked him out. Chiefs were the first ones.
