They trade Olindo Mare to NO for a 6th, and they wanna give us a low 7th for Trent. :shake:
I'd rather Trent retired a Chief.

I would also. But I also wonder if he has aspirations to go into television. If so getting out of KC now could only help. Miami is a huge market

What is Odacity?

Is that like a courageous odor or something?

I understand that audacity means "nerve" to most peeps, but you do understand that it also means, daring, bold, and courageous?

That's why he said Odacity. It's like audacity, if audacity had been wearing the same smelly jock strap for the last five years.

That is funny how they can get a 6th round pick for a 34 year old kicker who is past his prime but think that they only need to offer a 7th round pick for a 36 year old former all pro QB. I'm sure Carl is going to bring this up in the negotiations.

Said quarterback isn't well past his prime?

Frankie, you can actually edit your own thread titles now. Just hit Edit Post, like you would if you were editing the subject.

It would've been better had it been title "Odacity of the Daulphins."

The only thing stupider than giving a high draft pick for a player who will be cut is giving one for a coach who is about to be fired. Trent Green is effectively not under contract.

Trade value is not determined solely by how good a player is but is a combination of how good he is + the contract he is under.

Take Alex Gordon. He will make nothing the next few years. He'd bring a ton in a trade. Fast forward six years, and sign Alex Gordon to a free-agent contract, then try to trade him and see what he is worth. Not much. What gives a player value is being locked in at below market salary.

I logged expecting a treatise about the problems "Chicken of the Sea" is having now.

Then I realized that "odacity" was not a misspelling of "Obesity of the Dolphins".
