This one is gonna be ugly, he's not giving the low strike, we'll see if that keeps up for Beckett. Having to pitch high favors a hard thrower like Beckett obviously not to mention Bostons lineup.

Teahan sucks. BTW, in my MVP franchise, I got to the WS in my third year. Lost to the Cubbies in six. (That's right, Royals vs. Cubs in the WS) Gordon was league MVP for two straight years and I had to let him go because I couldn't afford him. He then won WS MVP for the White Sox.

Anytime Beckett has gotten in any key spot he's just reared back and fired it up there. All the Royals hitters should be aware of this, or they are and can't hit it.....

He's throwing legit 95+ plus, too, and not getting a boost from the gun on the random high pitch. He's hit 97 on balls at the knees. That's some hard shit...

Well, after that first inning, Perez only giving up 1 more is pretty solid recovery. I think we'd take 3-4 runs allowed through 6 or 7 innings all year long.
