I'm thinking the Chiefs can't afford to get rid of Law. Its a blackhole after Law and Surtain. No need to create another hole.

From the Titans side of things, why would they want to trade a draft pick for a CB that's on his last legs?

They are team on the rise, building through the draft.
They aren't a team just a player away from a SB run.

They'd be idiots to make a trade like that.
