That just shows isn't worth jack shit to any teams. They only way to get something is to package him with Dante.Other wise he's either a cap casualty or riding the pine as a Chief.

I'd be happy if he was just off our roster without taking too much of a cap hit. Nobody is going to give us anything for the guy, they've seen him play! I don't know where he got the reputation of being a big hitter, but I haven't seen that either. He'll prolly stay as the backup to the young guys.

He would be a good special teamer/backup, but not at this price:

2007: $2.7 million, 2008: $2.8 million, 2009: $3.3 million, 2010: Free Agent. Wesley's cap number in 2007 is $3.97 million.

I think the Adam Archuleta trade set the value for Wesley. The Redskins got a 6th round pick for Archuleta. Greg Wesley is younger, has a much smaller contract, and IMO is a better player than Archuleta. Wesley is worth at least a 5th.

Archuletta was really good on the Rams.....Wesley hasn't ever been really good.

Isnt Bartee and Hicks still on the roster officially as well???

I cant wait to get rid of the stinchy, smelly leftovers of that defense from 2001-2004

He's still about 4 months younger than Archuleta.

Archuleta has never been "really good".

I know stats aren't everything but the guy has 3 career interceptions. Greg Wesley had that many in a single game. Archuleta is overrated and it didn't take him very long to get benched in Washington.

Greg Wesley is inconsistent but at least he makes plays. Wesley's 29 career interceptions is pretty damn good.

I think Wesley has more value than Archuleta.

Hasn't Archuletta been to a pro bowl?

I know he wasn't good in Washington but if they had both been on the market last like like Archuletta was Wesley wouldn't have gotten as much money.
