I heard it before, don't know for sure if it's fake or not.

when she says "and now, nouwww, I don't feel so bad for f**king his brother" that second now has a real feel to it.

so does the reaction of the DJ's, the woman DJ quickly says it's a joke (guilty women's code???)

but if it is fake it wasn't bad and still pretty funny.

Yep, it's fake. I work in radio and these are typically staged. We have companies that will sell "bits" like this to us all the time.
